We will have Beach Yoga sessions organised by our Charity partner Liquid Therapy. The Yoga will be the perfect way to prepare for a day of Beach Sports or unwind after. The yoga session will take place beside the trupenny pool in Bundoran so perfect for a Sea swim after. Also located close by to the Salt and Ember Sauna who will have an exclusive package.
